Cara membuat Gondomono

Kupas singkong & dicuci hingga bersih, lalu di potong kecil2, kemudian dikukus sampai empuk,angkat.
Selagi singkong panas, buang seratnya dan campur dengan bahan2 lainya,lalu tumbuk sampai halus.
Setelah halus, diaduk rata, lalu di bentuk lonjong-pipih.
Lalu di goreng sampai kecoklatan, angkat & tiriskan.
